FILM FESTIVAL | 2007
The American Conservation Film Festival (ACFF) is a celebration held in Shepherdstown that is meant to show respect for the world around us, and spread awareness of our environmental footprint as human beings. By compiling famous documentaries, local films, and more, this festival has inspired many to take action against pollution.
SUM APPAREL
SUM Apparel is a clothing company based in Charles Town, WV. Similar to some clothing brands, SUM Apparel has discovered it’s purpose in using it’s influence to benefit those in need. What makes SUM unique is it’s variety of different causes that it aims to support. Each design created is made to support a non profit organization, and for each one sold a percentage of the profits is donated to the cause the design supports. “SUM” is derivative of “the sum of our parts”, which supports the style of the illustrations, the need for a strong community, and the importance of each issue that is being addressed by the design.
TANKS FOR EVERYTHING
Tanks for Everything is an article by Lee Van der Voo on the uplifting topic of aquaponics, showing that even in the most difficult of circumstances, citizens will find a way of providing for themselves and others. Through this method of raising fish and cultivating plants in the water rather than in soil, the people of Waimanalo are aple to have fresh home-grown vegetables and tilapia.
FIELD MUSEUM
The Field Museum is world reknowned for it's vast collection of artifacts and it's dedication to curiosity and education. Through this rebrand, the Field Museum's logo has been revamped in a clean corporate style that is applicable to any exhibit, permanent or temporary, that might be shown in it's halls.
Field Museum allows you to "Put the 'I" in discovery."

MATTER & FACT BOARDWORKS
Matter & Fact is a hypothetical skateboard and lifestyle clothing company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. With a desire to get back to the view of skateboarding as a sport, they pride themselves on high quality and eco-friendliness. Their logo ties back to their heritage with the beaver, the builder, riding his skateboard-tail. Their maple boards are the best in the business. They make "Dam good boards".
WILD GRASS PROMOTION
Wild Grass is a beautiful contemporary dance performance created by the Beijing Dance Theatre, displaying the choreographic stylings Wang YuanYuan. The beautiful raw dance routine takes inspiration from three poems. The design for this poster brings the traditional gestural brush strokes of chinese calligraphy into the movement of the dance routine.
